Sumatra Restaurant is the best Indonesian restaurant not just in Phnom Penh, but also in Cambodia. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is good and the food is delicious. The rates at this restaurant are cheap. My favorite food at Sumatra Restaurant was eggplant with rice, which cost me a little less than USD 2. You could also try Beef Rendang.
